Maybe check the limit of your pictures, maybe is that. Or is a problem of design.

See if your pics are saved in jpeg format.
I had this same problem a few months ago & it is very frustrating. I ran out of memory so I started saving the pictures to my hard drive & then blogging from there(instead of picasa). I haven't had any problems since!!!
I use Picasa & everytime I add a post the pictures automatically go to the picasa web albums. I didn't realize that until I had used up the space.
Anyways, I am glad you go it fixed!
